A travel performance platform and its storefront.

Four years owning the backend architecture of a science-driven travel product, developed with Navy SEALs and fighter pilots. Multi-AZ AWS foundations, multi-protocol APIs, multi-tenant identity, and the commerce stack that pays for all of it. On screen: the home globe, drawn from the itinerary service.

Foodie

Nutrition intelligence at Cloudflare's edge.

A recommendation engine that pairs travelers with the right dishes at any restaurant in the world. Three LLM providers behind one interface, session state in Durable Objects, and a menu ingestion pipeline that turns tens of thousands of dishes into scored, taste-aware suggestions. On screen: the scan surface, where a menu photo or a location lookup opens a session.

A coordinated fleet of support agents.

A fleet of narrow agents classifies, retrieves, resolves, and guards every support case. MCP servers and APIs connect the fleet to the systems those answers actually live in. Every write action stops at a human approval gate, and every case carries a trace that explains it. On screen: one real case, drafted and held.

Wiring agent observability

Observability used to be logs, then metrics, then distributed traces. Agents added a fourth axis: cost. The Customer Support Crew, wired three ways. Flue's global event bus, Think's per class lifecycle hooks, AgentCore's auto instrumented microVM. Same headline outcome, three completely different wiring philosophies.

Per-PR cloud environments for a CDK-managed AWS platform

Cloudflare and Vercel make preview URLs feel automatic. A Lambda, API, and RDS platform needs the same workflow without duplicating state. Ephemeral CDK stacks fix that, at close to zero idle cost.
